Let customers speak for us
from 86 reviewsThe leaf quality is exceptional – large, whole leaves, carefully sorted.
The aroma offers sweet wood, chocolate, prune, camphor, and cognac. The liquor is dark and rich, reminiscent of shu puerh.
The taste is old-school serious – enveloping infusion with prune, cognac, camphor, nuts, dark chocolate, and liqueur candy notes. A must-try to experience what proper Malaysian storage can do!
This teapot works in a fascinating way. It doesn't over-brew the tea and smooths out any harsh notes, yet preserves all the nuances – unlike bronze teapots. It captures the aromatics beautifully and works exceptionally well with delicate, light teas. A real gem for refined tea sessions!
Easy & Nice to use in everywhere.
The Celadon Cup is a revelation for dark tea lovers. Its smooth, fine clay seems to gently coax out the deepest secrets of my aged Liubao and Pu-erh. The aromas are clearer, the famed betel nut spice of Liubao more pronounced, and the earthy sweetness of Pu-erh feels rounder and more vibrant. It doesn't just hold tea—it elevates it. An essential piece for the connoisseur.
Absolutely delighted with my Xian Piao Teapot! It has completely elevated my tea sessions. When brewing Yancha (rock tea), it performs magically—by the third infusion, it coaxes out a distinct, layered aroma that other teapots simply miss.
The real surprise came with aged ripe teas. Brewing a 90s 7581, the first pour was richly infused with jujube sweetness, and the second unexpectedly revealed a soothing herbal note. With a 90s aged Liubao, it brilliantly delivered the signature betel nut spice and deep aged fragrance right from the very first steep!
This teapot is a true treasure for any serious tea lover, unlocking profound depths and delightful surprises in every cup. Highly recommended!
This 2000s Yuan Du Liu Bao is a remarkable journey for the senses. At first sip, it retains a subtle, youthful astringency (Qing Se), but this quickly vanishes, transforming into a clean, melting sweetness that lingers beautifully on the palate.
The true power of this tea lies in its Ti Gan (body sensation). By the third cup, a distinct warmth begins to radiate across the back, signaling its deep energy and "Qi." It is incredibly grounding and resonant, offering a rare balance between its aging potential and its current vigor. For any connoisseur, this is a highly collectible gem that truly rewards the patient drinker.
A very beautiful and strong Shai Hong. You can feel the raw material from old trees with slight aging; it has a lively energy and a good warming effect.
The cups are very neat and intact. They feel nice to hold and are pleasant to use for tea.
The coaster is well made. The material has a strong, pleasant texture, and I’ve long wanted to get coasters made from genuine zisha clay.
always love to drink liubao when it get old enough, the calming effect makes my day
In a blind tasting, the Fo Shou Oolong (Buddha’s Hand) could easily be mistaken for a Yan Cha (Wuyi Rock Tea) due to its similar mineral “rock rhyme” (岩韵). It also has a stronger, bolder Oolong taste that I love!
Love the sweet, soft, smooth, and soothing taste — perfect for winter, as it warms the body (茶气). It’s also my go-to tea after a heavy meal or greasy food, as it gently soothes the stomach.
The most delicious Da Hong Pao I've ever tried!
I was very pleased with this teapot; I only brew old sheng pu-erh teas in it. The tea has taken on a new life. Thank you for allowing me to experience such things at a low price.
lovely caramel, wood and flowers in the taste, very smooth and mineral. very enjoyable!
